Payment and Shipping
I accept VISA, MASTERCARD and DISCOVER thru the secure website shopping cart. If you wish to pay by check or money order, please contact me for instructions.
All jewelry at NyZoSa Designs is handcrafted by me one piece at a time. In stock items will be shipped within 1-5 days of receipt of payment. The post office recommends you allow up to 7 days for delivery. All jewelry is securely packed, insured, and requires delivery confirmation. I ship to all locations using the USPS. Regular shipping is free; expedited priority shipping is available for an additional $7.00. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipper immediately and notify me as well, so I can follow up. Retain all packaging for insurance claims.
Returns & Refunds
I want all customers to love their piece and to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If the item is not what you were expecting, please contact me for a Return Authorization. I accept returns within 7 days of your receipt of the package. For a full refund of purchase price, send the item along with original packaging and a copy of the invoice. The item must be in the original, unused condition. Please return the package using delivery confirmation. Insure the package in order to ensure proper reimbursement to you in case of loss or damage in transit. When I receive the item, I will authorize your refund to your original method of payment.
Repairs
I stand behind my work and your satisfaction is important to me. Please contact me to discuss the nature of the repair. Repairs are free during the first 90 days; you pay shipping and insurance. If there are gemstones that need to be replaced, there will be a replacement fee for the stones. Please purchase insurance, as I am not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged during shipping.
Additional Information
All items containing gemstones are unique pieces. While I can recapture the design and style of a piece, no two items will be exactly the same because each gemstone is created by nature with no exact duplication. For multiple orders of jewelry items, such as for a bridal party, please contact me so we may discuss how much variance there will be.
